I can repro this. ks2 Next with v1.44, 2.08 and core 3.02.01, VGA0. RES/SOUNDS.BIN is present and intact, and defragged.

Your users are getting crashes on 128K machines though, so perhaps test more comprehensively and update to the latest Musicizer.
